First Tome

Cross the drawbridge and keep to the right. Then jump down and turn left. Between some trees you will find a hidden path where you can spot a dead dwarf. Tome will be lying right next to him.

In Stefan's Lumberyard location, head to the top floor of the building with the cog mechanism and jump to the roof of the building with the saw. The tome will be behind the first building.
