Blizzard Entertainment will finally respond to the requests of Warcraft 3: Reforged fans and introduce some long-awaited features in the upcoming patch 1.33.0.
Despite being released in 2020, the remaster called Warcraft III: Reforged didn't win recognition among fans of the original from 20 years ago, but the refreshed version of the classic has gained a certain group of players. Some time ago we wrote that perhaps it is because of them why the developer has not yet buried the project. And so, after almost two and a half years from the debut, Blizzard Entertainment has listened to the requests of players, by releasing to public tests a patch significantly improving the title.
Patch 1.33.0 introduces to Warcraft 3: Reforged several features, including ranked games, player profiles, leaderboards and more. Below you can see the detailed list of fixes that the patch brings.
The full list of changes can be found here.
By the way, it is worth noting that, according to the developer, testing of the patch will last about 2-3 weeks, after which the team will analyze the data received from players and proceed to the official release of the stable version.
Let's hope that this patch will breathe new life into Warcraft III: Reforged and be just the beginning of the improvements that developers from Blizzard Entertainment are preparing for the players.
