Why Are Achievements Disabled in Bannerlord

Why are my achievements disabled in Bannerlord?
Many players who start playing Bannerlord complain about a problem related to trophies. They cannot earn them even if the goal has been achieved. There may actually be several reasons for this. Below is a list of actions that could have/can cause your achievements to be disabled:
- Mods - the most common problem may be the installation of a mod created by the Bannerlord community user.
- Sandbox mode - players complain that achievements are not earned when they choose to play in sandbox mode.
- Cheat mode - use of cheats that can significantly facilitate the gameplay can also disable trophies.
- Bugged trophies - even if you have never used the above features, there is a chance that a particular trophy may not appear because it is simply bugged.
How to turn on achievements in Bannerlord?
With achievements that are buggy, it is worth waiting for patches from the developers. If you do not use mods or codes, this is the best solution at this point. Otherwise, you will do well to follow our recommendations.
- Do not use cheat mode. However, if it has already happened to you, before starting a new campaign, click ALT + ~ (tilde), which will open your console. In it, type config.cheat_mode 0. This should reset all previously used cheats.
- A large number of players have no problems getting achievements when they have enabled Iron Mode.
- Instead of playing in Sandbox mode, start your adventure by firing up the campaign.
- If you want your achievements to appear on your profile, make sure that you do not have mods installed. If any are still installed, it may cause a problem with the trophies.
