Wild Hearts has met with a poor reception among PC gamers. The game is said to have major performance issues, and some accuse it of bearing too much resemblance to the Monster Hunter series.
Yesterday, the PC version of Wild Hearts, an action RPG developed by Omega Force and inspired by the Monster Hunter series, has been released. A few hours ago the game also hit Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5 consoles. Unfortunately, the launch cannot be counted as fully successful.
"A cheap ripoff of Monster Hunter. Visually and mechanically the game stopped in the PS3 era. Optimization is abysmall - on a 3080ti with i7 12700kf the game had massive fps drops. If you want to buy a good game, buy Monster Hunter. The only thing the game can defend itself is the soundtrack. Overall I strongly do not recommend it."
Possible way to improve performance on PC.
Many gamers report that changing the audio settings menu from stereo, which is selected by default, to 5.1/7.1 for some strange reason severely reduces clipping. It's worth checking if this method will work for you if you have this type of problem.

Developers are aware of the game's problems and are working on an update, which is expected to debut next week. The patch will improve performance and remove some of the technical issues. Further plans include fixing bugs that cause the game to freeze on some PS5 consoles.
It is worth adding that Wild Hearts has met with warmer reception by industry media. On Metacritic the PS5 version has an average rating of 80%. In the case of the PC release it is 78%, and the Xbox Series X/S edition boasts a score of 77%.
