Suits was a beloved legal drama series that created an unforgettable character – Harvey Specter played by Gabriel Macht. After 9 seasons, however, Suits came to an end in 2019. A few years later, it was revealed that the farewell to fans was not forever, and Suits will return, albeit in a new installment.
The spin-off will take viewers to sunny Los Angeles on February 23 for a look at the legal troubles of those in the entertainment industry – it's their cases that will be handled by lawyers from Ted Black's firm. Suits LA will be available to watch on its premiere day at 9/8c on NBC. A day later, the episode will be released on the Peacock streaming platform.
Will Harvey Specter return in Suits LA?
A question of interest to Suits fans is whetherthe much-loved Harvey Specter will return in the new series. He was the character who was most popular in the original show, so it's not at all surprising that viewers want him back.
We have good news for his fans, as Deadline reports that Harvey Specter will appear in Suits LA and will be involved in a three-episode arc. So he'll be there for a bit longer, although it still won't be a pivotal role for the series, as instead of Specter, Suits LA is expected to focus on new characters, and the familiar character is sure to help introduce viewers to the new production. And the sight of Gabriel Macht on screen is sure to make fans happy.
