The Surge 2: Carnal Pleasures Side mission

Carnal Pleasures is another side quest available in The Surge 2. You'll start it when you talk to Yoko Kadenokouji, an elegantly dressed woman at Cloud9 club. She wants you to get her Prime Meat from Penny's Delicatessen in Port Nixon.

Entrance to the Penny store in Port Nixon - if you use the back office, you won't make a transaction

To open Penny's shop, you have to get rid of the guards in the arena with a big robot in the middle. They reside in the upper part of the area. Penny can't give you meat if you enter the back office of the store (like in the Delicatessen mission). Just talk to her and you'll get a steak to deliver to your client. For completing this mission you will receive 5000 units of tech scrap.

Note - if you killed Penny during the Delicatessen mission, you'll find some meat to collect in the back of the store next to a woman trapped behind a door.
