The Surge 2: The King of the Looters Side mission

Behind the bridge over the river, leading southwards to Docklands (near the prison), you will find stairs between buildings. If you've already defeated Little Johnny, you've got an EMP drone and you can enter a closed building on the first floor.
In the room you will find an access card and an audiolog. By picking up the card, you launch The King of the Looters mission. This is a side quest in The Surge 2.
The door that can be opened by the found card are located at the end of the alley. Go down the stairs, you'll find another audiolog. In the basement you will find 2000 tech scrap units, and this is the only reward for completing the task that ends in this place.
