The Surge 2: Hearing Aid Side mission

You must have noticed that there are a lot of audiologs in The Surge 2. These are also collectibles that can provide you with some rewards in the game. When you reach Jericho Seaside Court, you will find a machine on the top floor that you can talk to, and this activates the Hearing Aid side quest.
Bring him a set of 10 audiologs to receive a reward. An overview of all audiologs can be found in the Audiologs chapter of our guide. Each additional 10 audiologs brought to Mr. Scrappy will provide a higher reward.
For each level (10 audiologs) you will receive new audiologs and 10,000 tech scrap units. The maximum level is 5 - bring a total of 50 recordings (50 audiologs) to complete the task.
