Finding the Emergency Flare

1. One of the most important parts of the Welcome to the Resistance main quest is sabotaging the RDA installation called the Pneumatic Tower Echo.
2. First, you need to eliminate the RDA soldiers and exoskeletons, as well as destroy the generator and hack and destroy the cooling unit.
3. Ultimately, you will receive a mission objective to destroy the Emergency Flare, and this may turn out to be more problematic. The Emergency Flare is in the upper part of the main tower - see the picture. It has a side outlet from which flames and black smoke come out.

How to sabotage a Pneumatic Tower?
