7 Star Wars Games Without Jedi We'd Like to Play
When EA bought the Star Wars license in 2014, I was sure the brand would be squeezed like a lemon. In the meantime, I still feel they haven't realized a fraction of its potential.

Space sandbox
Thanks to Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen, we've experienced a revival of space sims. Both games are impressive in their own way, with SC obviously still having a lot to prove. Star Wars might follow that path, but differently.
Rather than creating dead serious space sims, I'd rather add something from No Man's Sky and Sea of Thieves to the mix. I would love to experience a Han Solo-style adventure in space. Take two friends, buy a small starship and see where the space fantasy takes us from there.
Why don't we take a load of contraband on board? We refuse to let an Imperial customs officer on board and, fleeing from TIE Fighters (one player pilots the ship, the other two shoot), we land on an alien planet where we must defeat the locals together and craft the necessary parts.
How many possible ideas for locations, how many options to create our own ship upgrades, let alone meetings with other crews, which would end either in beautiful friendships or equally impressive showdowns.
Of course, the more powerful the ship, the more numerous the crew is needed to get as much out of it as possible. So when you've stolen one of their triangular pieces of Imperial pride, call me, I'd love to be your flight mechanic.
