RTS & turn-based in one package!
The veterans that gave us the Command & Conquer series created a new strategy! This information is enough to warm a few hearts, although not everyone will love The Great War: Western Front. For one thing, the game doesn't bring any original universe – "only" the First World War. In addition, the real-time strategy formula has been supplemented with turn-based elements. Don't let that discourage you though!
The front awaits
The Western Front awaits, and you must decide whether you will lead the forces of the Triple Alliance or the Triple Entente into battle. You can thus recreate history or change its course. The gameplay was divided into two stages: turn-based and RTS. In the former, we manage the movements of our army, develop it and invest in new technologies. In the second one, we play the role of a field commander, leading troops into battle. An important element of the game are weather conditions, which can change the course of the battle.
