Despite the premiere of Final Fantasy 7 on PlayStation in January 1997, the text about the game appeared only in the summer of 1998, when its port for personal computers was released. But luckily, the game went to a connoisseur and a Japanophile, so the epic story of eco-terrorists, a sinister corporation and the brave Cloud Strife was duly appreciated in our country, as it was around the world.

Final Fantasy 7 was the first game in the series to take full advantage of the CD disc, introducing 3D graphics and Full Motion Video sequences.
