A point-and-click adventure game created by WayForward Technologies - a team known mainly for DuckTales Remastered. Goosebumps: The Game was based on the license of popular books written by R.L. Stine. The player takes on the role of a kid that on their way home from school, discovers that the neighborhood has been taken over by monsters - werewolfs are lurking in the forest nearby, gnomes are running along sidewalks and scarecrows walk the streets at night.
Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma

An interactive adventure horror game from visual novel genre and a third entry in Zero Escape series, created ChunSoft in cooperation with Aksys Games. It takes place in Martian research facility, ordered to survey reactions of people locked and isolated from the rest of the world. Gameplay doesn’t differ much from that of previous parts of the series and presents fans with well-known characters.
Allison Road
Adventure canceled
A first-person perspective action-adventure game stylized as a survival horror. Allison Road had a somewhat complicated development cycle, with previous developers (Lilith) abandoning the project. However, a new studio, Far From Home, decided to pick-up the project and lead it to a stable release. The player assumes the role of an unidentified hero, who wakes up one night in a suburban home without having any recollection of the events of the last few days.

Our task is to “take care” of them properly — kill them, that is. We have to tend separately to each of the five unfortunate guests, shortening their life by various means, for example poisoning.

In Contradiction: Spot the Liar! developed by Baggy Cat, the player gets to follow the adventures of detective Jenks, who is tasked with investigating the Atlas training center, where a number of mysterious events have occurred recently. In terms of gameplay mechanics, the game is a combination of adventure games similar to Myst and classic FMV productions.

The production is kept in a horror atmosphere and tells the story of a small village of Hinamizawa, which in June 1983 became the scene of a series of brutal murders. She conducts an investigation into a homicide of a woman and a mysterious disappearance of her daughter. The heroine soon learns that there is a new and evil force involved in the case and the unusual events may have something to do with her own vague origin.
Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles

The game takes place on a magical island Gamea and we play as a kid that was sent there by his, or hers, parents. We soon realize that our new home is not the paradise we thought it was and was overtaken by dark forces. Our task is to save Gamea. As we play, we will explore the open world of Gamea, collect various items, solve riddles, and fight with the encountered enemies.

Hiveswap is an adventure game based on the popular webcomic Homestuck. It was financed though a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, gathering almost 2.5 million dollars. Initially, the game was to be developed by two studios: What Pumpkin, founded by Andrew Hussie, the creator of the original comic, and Odd Gentlemen. The latter, however, abandoned the production to work on the episodic reboot of the King's Quest series together with Activision. Hussie calls Hiveswap an adventure game parody.
