Rabbids Heroes is a tactical card game, which is a humorous response of Ubisoft to titles such as Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft or The Elder Scrolls: Legends. The main characters in Rabbids Heroes are the title rabbits, which debuted on our screens in the Rayman series, and eventually have gotten their own game, and even an animated TV show. The gameplay is focused on subsequent duels of the crazy rabbits, representing different professions, such as knight, mage, ninja, scientist, or hunter.

The game takes place in the Horribilorum Sorcery Academy, and your task is to brew increasingly complicated potions. To succeed, you have to follow the instructions and choose the right ingredients. When you clear one of them, just like in any other match-3 game, the ones above them fall down, often diametrically changing the whole board.

The new edition does not differ much from its predecessor – we are given a grid that is gradually filled with player-inserted blocks creating quads – rectangle and square shaped fields that are at least 3x3 in size. Completed figures unlock the further parts of the music track that accompany our actions.

A bigger emphasis, however, is put on the gameplay mechanics (manipulating the colors), not the plot. During the game we will control colorful creatures that move around small maps and can only cross bridges that are of the same color as them.

The player assumes the role of an alien whose task is to lead a group of penguins through 3D levels filled with different traps, pits and other obstacles. In each of the 40 in-game levels, the player's goal is to set a route for their subordinates, who are constantly walking towards one direction and change it only when bumping into a wall.

The game once again relies on the setting of hardboiled novels, only this time set in Asia, where the protagonist has been framed for a crime he did not commit. He has no choice, but to clear his name before he gets caught by real criminals or the police. Framed 2 employs comics panel-based narrative, constructed in a way that will allow the protagonist to get out of trouble.

A logic game developed with VR headsets in mind by Schell Games, an American indie studio. In the game, we assume the role of a spy whose task is to escape unharmed from rooms riddled with traps. The action is presented from the first-person perspective, while the gameplay boils down to solving numerous escape-room kind of puzzles. While playing, we have to, for example, disable explosives or neutralize various kinds of traps. The protagonist’s telekinetic abilities will surely come in handy.

This time, we are dealing with a game inspired by match-3 (tile matching) games, but some of the mechanics are a bit different from what the genre has accustomed us to. The players are facing levels of differing shape, filled with tiles and balloons whose colors correspond to the colors of the birds trapped inside. Our job is to free the required number of birds, which means puncturing the right balloons.
