A brutal dark fantasy third-person action game developed under the supervision of an industry legend and the co-creator of Mega Man, Keiji Inafune. In Soul Sacrifice, we assume the role of a young man raised by a cruel warlock. When the protagonist is to be sacrificed, he is saved from certain death by the appearance of a demonic tome describing the story of his foster father. Sucked into the pages of the book, he has to fight all the battles the warlock has fought by facing people turned by magic into foul monsters. The gameplay boils down mainly to killing subsequent hordes of enemies and offers an extensive combat system that allows us to perform various attacks, make use of a wide arsenal of weapons, and to use the environment to our advantage. It is complemented by an incredibly original magic system that requires the player character to sacrifice parts of his body.

In Wizard101, the players can learn the arcana of magic by following one of seven available schools - fire, ice, lightning, life, imagination, stars, and death. All the learned spells are added to the deck, from which the player can draw them during combat against diverse enemies. Moreover, the game offers the player the option to train their own familiar spirit, who along with one's progress, becomes a more and more powerful ally during battles - there is even the possibility to dispatch the familiar spirit to fight the companion of another player. Wizard101 delivers colorful, yet simple visuals - all the shortcomings are well compensated by the modest system requirements. Also important is the fact that the game is based on the free-to-play business model with optional microtransactions.

The game offers over fifty Ferrari cars produced in the years 1947-2009. Apart from popular sports cars, the game also features both GTR and Formula One cars. During the campaign, divided into three historical periods, the player is given access to car models characteristic of each of them. The player participates in several kinds of racing, achieving goals set by the creators and unlocking subsequent vehicles. The game offers over 30 representations of real-existing racing tracks, such as Nurburgring, Silverstone or Monza. In terms of the driving physics, the game resembles Shift 2, combining simulation elements with freedom offered by arcade racing games. Additionally, the game features a multiplayer mode for up to 8 players.

The first story-based expansion for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - an action RPG created in cooperation between 38 Studios and Big Huge Games. The DLC introduces new storylines connected to a mysterious island located off the coast of the Gallows End continent. On the island, the player character faces dark magic and new, powerful enemies. Once the player completes the main storyline, they are allowed to explore the new areas freely and complete an entire set of side quests given by NPCs. The expansion remains faithful to the basic mechanics of the core game, though several new features were introduced as well. The Legend of Dead Kel brings mainly a new kind of dungeon, three new Twists of Fate cards, 8 new armors, 8 new shields and 18 powerful, previously unavailable weapons. The biggest feature of the DLC however, is the Gravehal Keep system, which allows the players to construct and expand their own estate.

Dungeon Siege III: Treasures of the Sun is the first official expansion for Dungeon Siege III developed by the same studio that created the base game, Obsidian Entertainment. In search for the lost champion of the Legion, our heroes end up on the Aranoi desert. In almost no time it is revealed that the desert is full of secrets like the legendary treasure of the Azunite faith hidden in the forgotten abbey. The expansion introduces new offensive, defensive, and healing skills, and allows the players to retrieve skill points spent on specialization and talents in order to reuse them. We will encounter new types of enemies and gather new pieces of equipment. We can also modify our armors with the help of magical potions that we will get by transmuting items. Treasures of the Sun increases the level cap to 35.

An arcade battle system is still based on player’s reflexes, and it is important to come out with proper tactic before the fight. Each adversary has its own strong and weak points, discovering which is the key to success. Hero’s weaponry has been expanded with two new weapons: Boost Hammer and Charge Spear. Aside from single player campaign, God Eater 2 offers improved multiplayer mode.
