A science-fiction turn-based battle strategy game created by Moon Rising Team, founded specifically to work on this production. The story begins in 2099, when most of the Earth's natural resources have been depleted, and mining corporations move to the Moon to search for a new source of energy: the helium-3 isotope. As expected, a war for the most valuable deposits of the substance soon breaks out. The combat in Moon Rising is turn-based and focuses on capturing buildings, such as refineries or solar power plants, producing the energy necessary to supply your troops. There are only six kinds of units, but it's recompensed by the possibility of modifying their load-out and equipment. Apart from the story campaign, the game features single player-vs.-AI skirmishes and a ranked multiplayer mode for up to 4 players.

An action-adventure game in a fantasy setting inspired by Arabian myth. We are taken to the desert land of Noshrac, which is at the edge of annihilation by the invading army of the Sarahul Empire, and take control of a warrior. Our task is to find a way to stop the enemy forces, though we will have to fight not only with Sarahul’s scouts, but also monsters that dwell in the desert. Fortunately, the protagonist posses many supernatural powers, which can be used to deal with various types of enemies and fall into one of three categories: telekinesis, terraforming powers, and control of elementals. Son of Nor promotes the players’ creativity, with any problem being solvable in several ways. Aside from a single player campaign, there is also cooperation mode for up to four players.

In the single player campaign, you play as a mercenary commander, leading his own army and doing various tasks for warring factions. Apart from profit, what you gain from that is the favor of some of them, but also the hostility of others, which can result in your enemy suddenly attacking you. Your headquarters is a space cruiser, which can be further developed, and where you recruit new troops, divided into 5 classes: scouts, engineers, stormtroopers, tactical units, and support. In battle, your soldiers develop their abilities by gathering experience, and the battles can be heavily influenced by weather, from ordinary rain to powerful ionic storms.

The third installment in the unique space strategy game series, which utilizes oldschool roguelike elements. The game, and the whole series, which started out in 2002, was developed by American studio Digital Eel. Infinite Space 3: Sea of Stars is set in the future, where humanity has colonized many planets and established contact with alien civilizations. The gameplay doesn't give you any particular tasks, instead putting you in a randomly-generated world, which you can explore, have various adventures, and discover new locations of the vast universe. The game mostly uses a turn-based system, although combat takes place in real time. Like in roguelike games, you cannot save your game. Each gameplay lasts from about fifteen minutes to several dozen minutes, and the game is over once you die. Unlike the previous, 2D installments, Infinite Space 3: Sea of Stars utilizes a 3D engine, which enhanced the visuals and the dynamics of the gameplay.

Dragon Nest 2 is set in the magical fantasy land known from the first installment, although it takes place in another period. Compared to its predecessor, the mechanics of Dragon Nest 2 are much different, and the biggest difference is changing the setting from self-contained dungeons to a vast open world, which you can freely explore. The game's visual style was also changed from cartoonish to realistic. Some key elements of the original, however, have been preserved, such as the intuitive controls system and dynamic combat. The combat mechanics resemble those typical for action games, and to win you have to rely mostly on your skills instead of character stats.

FleetCOMM: Operation Vigrior takes place in the distant future, during humanity's colonization of exoplanetary systems. One day the humanity's fleet encounters an aggressive alien race, whose behavior resembles that of a deadly virus. The player is put in a role of the leader of the fleet, entrusted with the task of evacuating all the colonies from the eponymous Vigrior sector. The game features an open world; we choose the order in which we do the campaign missions, conduct reconnaissance, fight battles and rescue the colonists. The gameplay mechanics are unusual, since the way of commanding the fleet seems like something out of a logical game. You have many different ships at your disposition, and to succeed you have to arrange them into complex figures and patterns, which strengthen the attack and defense force of the whole fleet.

Gone Home is a debut project of an indie developer The Fullbright Company, whose members previously worked on a successful DLC for BioShock 2, Minerva’s Den. Gone Home is set in the United States of 1990s. You play as a young woman named Katy, who returns home after spending a year away in Europe. When she gets home, instead of her family she is welcomed by an empty house. In order to find out where have her close ones gone to Katy explores the house in search of notes, documents, recordings and other traces that reveal the game’s story step by step. Despite the relatively low tempo of gameplay and complete lack of supernatural events, Gone Home effectively creates and keeps an atmosphere of anxiety and motivates the player to keep searching for more and more clues. Because of its low budget, the developer decided to base the game on the popular Unity Engine, therefore it offers decent 3D graphics at low system requirements.
