A turn-based recreation of the battle of Gettysburg, one of the most important and bloody battles of the American Civil War. Gettysburg: The Tide Turns offers a number of scenarios, building an extensive campaign which allows the players to control the forces of the North, as well as the Confederacy. Our job is to conduct turn-based battles on the hexagonal grid covering the maps. The battles are large in scale, with the player controlling whole divisions of troops. The game contains an interesting feature – randomized turns. The order of turns is not fixed, while the engine decides which of the units are capable of making a move in the given turn. The Tide Turns is a highly complex title, characterized by historical consistency. The battles employ real units, while the course of each encounter is influenced by landform or soldiers’ morale.

The Order 99 is a first-person action game held in the convention of survival horror, developed as the debut production of Burning Arrow, in cooperation with a somewhat more experienced studio, Deck 13. The events take place on a hostile isle near Scotland. The players control a character who wakes up amidst these unfriendly circumstances, having absolutely no information about the place or the reason for being there. The only thing that the protagonist carries is a short note, suggesting an escape route from the island. The core of the gameplay is exploration, during which the players learn the gloomy story of the island and gather resources that help them survive (such as food, weapon elements). There is a lot of freedom in the game, however the priorities of the player are not always in line with those of other inhabitants. In order to solve the mystery of the island, the player will have to make a series of moral choices, and interact with the people he encounters, which will allow him to obtain useful information.

In the Match mode, two teams compete against one another. In the Tournament mode, the player participates in one of nine competitions taking place in different countries; also, world competitions are available in this mode. The League mode requires the player to pay a fee. Speedway Challenge delivers simplistic, old-school 2D visuals and is played from a top-down view. A point-n-click adventure from the creators of Among the Sleep, a first-person perspective horror in which you control a two-year-old child. The title concentrates on the themes of weariness of life and the feeling of alienation. In Mosaic, you assume the role of an office employee working in a soulless corporation. Day after day, following a monotonous routine, the hero realizes that he does not belong to this artificial and heartless world. The moment he decides to change his life, inexplicable things begin to take place. Your aim is to reveal who or what is responsible for that. Mosaic emphasizes the narration. During gameplay, you mainly explore and solve puzzles. The title features a heavier atmosphere than that in most point-n-click adventures, and discusses a ubiquitous problem of the human alienation in a big city. The gloomy and stifling atmosphere is even more intensified by a disturbing soundtrack and depressing, steel and gray colors.

Strategy, Internet, Multiplayer, PvP, RTS, Singleplayer, Free-to-play.
A real-time strategy game distributed by using the free-to-play model. The game was developed by DR Studios and it allows the player to lead a civilization through various stages of evolution, since the Stone Age, through antiquity, medieval and renaissance, to the final years of the 19th century. At first the player assumes control of a simple settlement which then expands its size and adds new buildings. Industrial and military buildings provide access to various upgrades, new technologies and military units. The type and availability of units depends on the current era of the nation controlled by the player. The battles with enemy armies are played in an unusual way – the player lacks direct control of his troops and the outcome mostly depends on the number of units on each side of the conflict. Battle Ages offers both single player and multiplayer modes. The story missions are accompanied by a competitive PvP mode that allows the player to attack other civilizations. The rather nice graphics also help in creating a positive image of the game; however, the limitations caused by the F2P distribution model somewhat disturb that image. Various processes require much time to accomplish and they can be accelerated by using microtransactions.

In terms of the plot, the game follows the manga, so being familiar with that comic book is not required to understand the scenario of the game. The story revolves around Luffy - a boy who wishes to become a pirate king and find the legendary treasure. After he accidentally acquires the power to stretch his body like rubber, which helps the protagonist achieve his dreams. The experience focuses on battling enemies, and Luffy can be accompanied by up to five team-members. Although combat is turn-based, the game features a significant portion of arcade elements - those require the player to go through simple QTEs and combine attacks into deadly combos. Character development and equipping one's team-members with new skills constitute another large part of the experience.

Pro Cycling Manager 2016 for PC is a typical manager game, which does not give direct control over bikers to the player. Rather, the player's task here is to lead their team to success through managing different aspects of running a cycling team. On the other hand, Tour de France 2016 for consoles is a typical arcade game that casts the player in the role of a single cyclist. Our vehicle’s parameters play major part in achieving victory, and they can be modified through tokens earned through racing. Due to that, we can forget about taking top positions during our first season, but as we upgrade our engine power, acceleration, brakes, tires and gearbox, we can progressively take higher places and finally compete for the top spots. Grand Prix Rock’N’Racing offers rather modest visuals and a rock’n’roll soundtrack.

Mimic Arena is a minimalistic 2D action game, in which players fiercely fight on small levels. The key to success consists in manual abilities of the players and skillful avoiding of enemies’ attacks. The unusual use of respawns is the title’s most original element. Every move during gameplay is recorded and then used for creating special clones that reflect players’ combat tactics. If you die, the clones join the battle along your side. Due to that, you can apply devious tactics, which applied in the future by the clones will give you an edge.

The game features 40 unique locations and over 100 varied puzzles, whose solutions involve mostly using the laws of physics and manipulating the environment. During the gameplay you gain a range of abilities, which come in handy when trying to solve the puzzles.

An extensive remake of Wild Guns, a classical action game that was initially released in 1994 for SNES. It was developed by Natsume in cooperation with the creators of the original. The game’s plot combines elements of western with science fiction and cyberpunk and tells the story of two protagonists: a girl named Annie, who wishes to take revenge on the Kid’s gang, and a bounty hunter, Clint, helping her. Mechanics-wise, it is a combination of arcade rail shooter and a third-person action game. While playing, we control the heroes by running, jumping, rolling, and so on, and try to aim at enemies in the back of the level. In Wild Guns: Reloaded, the classic gameplay formula was slightly polished. Apart from new arenas, opponents, and weapons, we have four (instead of two) characters at our disposal, each having their unique armaments. Furthermore, we can play in a co-op mode for the maximum of four players.

Add-on for the twin edition of Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest, which requires one of those titles. It has been developed by Intelligent Games studio and lets us explore a new story line. The main character doesn’t work with Nohr or sides with Hoshido, instead working on his own to discover the truth behind the conflict of those factions. Compared to the base games, Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation doesn’t stray out too far gameplay wise, with the most notable novelty being My Castle – a special location where we can interact with our allies. As we form bonds with our friends, they are willing to offer more effective cooperation during fights. Interestingly, we can also meet other players there and fight against their armies through the Street Pass function. Add-on also offers Amiibo support, which gives us access to four characters: Robin, Ike, Lucina and Martha.

A fantasy card game which takes place in the universe of the popular browser MMORPG Runescape developed by Jagex Ltd. The gameplay focuses mostly on multiplayer modes and features unusual mechanics that turn around the rules of classic card games. In the game the player builds his own deck of cards divided into two groups: combat and adventure cards. What makes the game original is the fact that the cards aren’t used against the opponent but to set specific challenges or victory conditions for the protagonist, allowing him to collect attack points, health points or gold. The objective is to prepare the protagonist in the best way possible for the final duel with the opponent. The duel takes place after five rounds unless the players lose all of their health points earlier. Chronicle: Runescape Legends has attractive graphics – the game takes place on small, three-dimensional maps and one can watch animations of fighting characters.

Developed by Cosi Games studio, a mobile football platformer connected with the biographical commercial film about the legendary football player Pelé. However, Pelé: Soccer Legend is not like traditional football titles, in which you play normal matches. Instead, you have to face over a thousand of puzzles recreating particular moments of matches. A three-dimensional logic game created by Warlock Arts - a Turkish developer. The game was inspired by ancient Chinese puzzles and the modern-day Rubik's cube. The player's task is to solve subsequent, gradually more difficult puzzles. By moving and rotating particular elements of the mechanism (different in their shape, blocks made of various materials, such as wood, metal or stone), the player tries to disassemble the structure. Contrary to the majority of minimalistic logic games, Knot offers alluring, three-dimensional visuals that allow the player to rotate the entire structure at any angle. Also, it is worth mentioning that the game engine recreates physical properties of the materials the particular elements of the mechanism are made of.
