The production draws inspiration from hits like Castlevania, Mega Man, and Super Mario Bros. During gameplay, inspired by the biggest gaming classics, you control the Angry Video Game Nerd who sets off to a world full of adventures and dangers. The mechanics revolve around exploring the 2D world, jumping on platforms, and fighting enemies. The hero meets all kinds of enemies on his way – starting from armored knights, through flying, hostile suns, ending with gigantic snowmen that attack him with snowballs. To defeat them, you need to master timing and skilfully use available weapons and boosters.

A 4X strategy game set in a fantasy universe and produced by the Polish studio Wastelands Interactive. The production was inspired by the cult game Master of Magic from 1994, and the authors designed it as its spiritual successor. The game takes place in a multi-dimensional, procedurally generated universe, where the fierce struggle for dominance requires the use of magic and sword. The gameplay focuses on four classic aspects: exploration, expansion, exploitation, and extermination. Our responsibilities include expanding our production facilities, technology development, army recruitment, as well as conquest or defense of territories. Victory can be assured by military, economic, or political domination. As befits a fantasy game, the developers have not forgotten about the diversity of races (humans, elves, dwarves, the undead) and spells assigned to one of 12 schools of magic. The popular D20 system, well-known to fans of traditional role-playing games, was used as a model.

This time the action takes place in New York City. The protagonist, together with previously gained allies, tries to finally put an end to Washington's tyranny. As usually, the expansion adds new missions related to the main story and a set of side activities. During the game the player will have many opportunities to use the new powers added by the expansion. These powers include animal instincts, warpaint with special effects, and the ability to call an allied pack of wolves.

A project designed by Ryan Sharr, mixing elements of a third-person perspective action game, a real time strategy, and a cRPG with a zombie invasion theme. The action of ROAM takes place in a world taken over by living dead, while the players assume the role of survivors who attempt to live another day in the unfriendly environment. The gameplay is built from three basic components – exploration of randomly generated locations in search of supplies, building a safe haven from the materials found through disassembly of scavenged objects, and combat with hordes of diversified zombies – the main aim of the developers was to create a cooperation mode for up to four players, but solo play is also possible.

Cryamore is an action-adventure RPG developed by NostalgiCO. The game takes place on Noka islands, where for centuries people based the growth of civilization on steam engines. It all changes when cryamore, the titular mineral, is discovered. It has not only a bigger energy generation potential, but can also "unlock" the hidden potential in living beings. Its full-scale utilization destroyed the balance of the world and attracted mysterious monsters that devour natural resources, including cryamore, to the islands. Esmyrelda Maximus, our protagonist, tries to manage the difficult situation. Her job is to find alternative ways of extracting cryamore. Gameplay focuses on exploration, doing story and side missions, and on fighting with the encountered enemies. Combat is rather arcade in Cryamore. In battle, we can use both weapons and magical powers. The day/night mechanics implemented in the game has visible impact on gameplay as some rare monsters will only appear on specific hours. The game has eye-pleasing visuals, visibly inspired by the Japanese games of the same genre, such as Secret of Mana or The Legend of Zelda.

The fourth major DLC for Crusader Kings II - a strategy game developed by Paradox Interactive. The Old Gods gives an opportunity to take on the role of either a Pagan or a Zoroastrian leader. A special emphasis was placed on the culture of vikings, as well as their plundering expeditions. The player's own subjects demand further conquests - although they can start a rebellion against their leader in case of the country stagnating, they are eager to fight for the ruler if the player informs them about their war plans. On the other hand, if the player decides to assume the role of a Zoroastrian leader, their goal will be to restore Zoroastrianism to its former, high position. The DLC introduces a set of other elements as well, such as an opportunity to perform sacrifices to gods, berserker frenzies, curses, prophecies, etc. Regardless of the leader the player has chosen, they constantly have to protect their subjects from Christians and Muslims trying to convert them.

A science-fiction tactical space simulator shooter. It is the debut title of Marauder Interactive – a studio founded by Mike Tipul, one of the designers of Halo: Reach. In the game, the player assumes the role of one of loyal commanders of dead Emperor, who is tasked with punishing the traitors which caused the monarch’s death. In order to do it, player takes control of a modern fighter jet, Executor Mk II, and commands the remains of the defeated fleet of the empire. The gameplay mechanics in House of the Dying Sun are based on classic space simulators. However, they are supplemented with expanded strategic aspect. During the missions, player is not only tasked with controlling the ship, but commanding a whole squadron through a special tactical screen similar to the one from Homeworld series as well.
