The main highlights of Infinite Air with Mark McMorris are: realism, open world, considerable freedom, and social features. In the game, we are taken to a vast, procedurally generated environment that spans over an area of 100 square miles. We can go to any spot of our choosing thanks to a helicopter. Having started, we can freely explore and complete slopes or master new tricks. All these things we do under the supervision of famous professionals such as Craig McMorris, Silje Norendal, Torstein Horgmo, Danny Davis, and Ulrik Badertscher. The title uses a realistic analog control model that recreates actual movements of a snowboarder. In the game, we can play solo or in various multiplayer modes. Moreover, we can create our own snowboarding parks and share them with the community.

Lastly, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs follows the story of a businessman Oswald Mandus, who contracted an exotic illness. After he wakes from a long sleep, he finds out that his mansion is abandoned, and he starts looking for his children. Both productions are first-person adventure and survival horror games, in which our characters can’t use weapons, and in face of enemies, their only hope of avoiding death is to run and hide. Nighthaw-X3000 is a dynamic shoot'em up game developed by the independent Polish studio N94 Games. We play as James Pilecki, an elite pilot whose job is to face the alien invaders who attacked Earth in the year 2000. Action in the game is presented from a top-down perspective. The plane we control automatically flies upwards. Our job is to maneuver in a way that will allow us to eliminate the aliens and avoid their fire. We have to be extremely agile and rely on our reflexes if we want to be victorious. The fact that the game itself is quite hard will also force us to use the entire range of available weapons if we want to succeed. Nighthaw-X3000's plot is accompanied by a couple of multiplayer game modes. The game's pace is turned up by the specially composed synthwave soundtrack. LocoRoco Remastered is, as the title suggests, a remastered version of the 2006 platform game that was released on PlayStation Portable. Gameplay focuses on shaking the pieces of the LocoRoco's world in order to move the game's spherical heroes to their destination points. We have to be careful though. There are many traps and obstacles that will make our job harder to do. In order to beat or avoid them, we have to rely on our heroes' specific abilities. If they are fed, they can grow in size and divide into smaller ones, if necessary. LocoRoco Remastered has improved visuals and game controls that use the motion detector found in DualShock 4 game pad.

A 2D platform game by Japanese studio Nippon Ichi Software. The game's protagonist wakes up in a mysterious castle devoid of colors, and discovers that an unknown force froze the flow of time. She can, however, reverse those effects by using a thorn that has grown on her back. Fortunately, the protagonist is not alone — she is accompanied by a friendly giant, who is helping her escape the enormous fortress by lifting and throwing heavy objects. Although A Rose in the Twilight focuses on exploration and jumping on platforms, another key element of the game are logic puzzles. While the game is very difficult, each death gives you tips to avoid the same dangers in the future. The visuals are unique, utilizing colors only sparsely.

Specter of Torment is a free DLC for the fan-favorite platform game Shovel Knight, developed by Yacht Club Games. This time, we play as a new protagonist, the titular Specter. The expansion takes place before the events of the base game. In terms of gameplay, Specter of Torment is identical to the base game, combining the elements of a 2D platformer, an RPG, and an action-adventure game. Once again, we observe the game from a side perspective. We explore some new fantastic locations, solve simple environmental puzzles, and fight the enemies. However, Specter has a new move set and skill set at his disposal. Unlike his predecessor, he can climb walls and other environmental objects, which opens new tactical possibilities for the players. The iconic shovel was replaced with a characteristic scythe.

A continuation of an arcade game intended for Xbox One with Kinect 2.0 user interface. When it comes to mechanics, Boom Ball 2 isn’t much different from its predecessor – the game mixes a classic Arkanoid-esque gameplay with ping pong and tennis. Our job is to direct the ball to various elements found on the playfield, exploding after they contact the ball. In all, we are given 50 levels, taking place in several different locations, including a paradise island, snowy mountain, crystal cave, cloud city, or even space. The game makes use of Kinect 2.0 interface, enabling us to control the ball using body gestures that are repeated in game. Simple gameplay is further complemented by numerous power-ups, such as different types of balls or explosive tiles. Moreover, the new installment introduces a local co-op mode for two players.
