The gameplay consists of searching for food and basic resources, such as wood or stone, and gathering animal skins. The materials can be used to construct buildings and craft different items. Both the dynamically changing weather and the annual cycle have a significant impact on each playthrough. The player's subordinates are exposed to different threats, such as predators, forces of nature and hostile tribes. Thus real-time combat is an equally important part of the game. As the tribe develops, the number of cavemen increases, they establish a hierarchy, a culture and even a system of beliefs over time.

Congo takes place deep in the African jungle where a group of people must face demons that are hunting them. The demons prefer to remain in darkness. Because of that, light generated by flares, flashlights, torches, and electric lamps are the players’ best ally as they temporarily create safe zones. In the game the player isn’t forced to focus only on defense – several weapon types and traps are available as well. However, the game focuses mostly on survival aspects and player must constantly look for new supplies and properly manage his equipment. The action is shown from a top-down perspective, and thanks to the use of Unreal Engine 4 graphics are of high quality.

Theatrhythm Dragon Quest is a rhythm game with RPG elements. It is the third game in the series. Two previous installments focused on the music and characters from the iconic Final Fantasy series. This time, Square Enix decided to connect the game with the lesser known Dragon Quest series. As we play, we will hear dozens of pieces of music used in the Dragon Quest games. Gameplay in Theatrhythm Dragon Quest is based on the same mechanics as the previous games. We will have to push the icons that appear on the screen in line with the rhythm of the music. Not only our reflexes matter, but also how long our stylus touches the console's touch screen. Some of the sounds require a quick tap, some touching the screen for a longer moment, and some will force us to move the stylus from one side to another. The game offers a couple of game modes, including multiplayer. Theatrhythm Dragon Quest has unique visuals that bring paper cutouts and flash animations to mind.

Heroes & Castles 2 is a mixture of arcade and tower defense games, set in a classic fantasy land. Just like in the previous game, we play as a warrior who has to defend a keep besieged by an army of monsters. The controls are similar to those from a typical third-person action game. We can preform varied attacks, blocks, and use special abilities. Our hero is immortal, so when he is defeated by the enemy, he simply respawns at the castle. Beside crushing our enemies, we can gather gold and spend it on fixing or upgrading our castle (i.e. higher walls or towers). We can also train units that aid us in battle. In Heroes & Castles 2 battles are bigger, and we can not only defend our keep, but also invade enemy territories. Character progression, combat system, and visuals were also visibly improved.

Battle Battalions (previously known as Victory or Victory Command) was designed by Petroglyph, an experienced developer, formerly a part of the legendary Westwood Studios (known for the Command & Conquer series). The game is set in modern day, although it does not refer to any actual armed conflicts. The game focuses on clashes of two 5-player teams, in which everyone commands a selected battalion of several types: infantry, recon vehicles, or tanks. Each of these is further split into several subgroups possessing unique characteristics. The main focus of gameplay lies in the dynamic, spectacular battles that last no more than 10 minutes. Despite that, the gameplay features significant tactical depth, requiring strategic thinking and cooperation between team members, as well as proper usa of the potential of individual battalions.

To fight zombies, you use various kinds of the WW2-era weaponry, knives, grenades, and traps. Killing zombies and fixing the barricades earns you points, for which you can not only buy better equipment but also unlock previously unavailable parts of the map. A single game can involve up to four players playing online, or two players playing via Bluetooth. Compared to Call of Duty: World at War, the graphics of Call of Duty: Zombies have been greatly simplified, but the map layout is almost identical.

One online match can involve up to four players, who take on the roles of their chosen soldiers and team up to defeat the hostile zombies. Call of Duty: Black Ops features a voice chat option to make the communication between the players easier, and a system of microtransactions, which allows the players to purchase equipment and quick revive packs.

We will also build a shelter, which will give us protection against hostile players and fantastic creatures roaming this land. The fights – depending on the opponent’s strength and size – will require several different approaches. It is possible to play by yourself, but the game emphasizes multiplayer cooperation, which makes surviving easier thanks to the option of building fortifications together and trading resources.

Again, you play as a little spider, which has a chance to discover the manor's secrets and its builders' intentions, all while obtaining some food. The basic mechanics have remained the same, and the gameplay focuses mostly on exploring locations, solving puzzles, and hunting delicious insects. An important factor is creating proper webs. Apart from the logical aspect, the game also features an expansive plot, which is revealed step by step as the game progresses, thanks to information and hints you find.

A sandbox strategy game developed by the independent studio 4gency, in which we are given a major task of saving humanity by building a functioning space station. Habitat’s story is set in the distant future, where humanity is looking for a new place to live after the Earth was left in ruins. Players have to build a base that can act as a shelter for the millions of Earth’s inhabitants and take care of their needs and safety. Unlike in a typical strategy game, there is no resource gathering in Habitat. Instead, the development of our base and army is based almost entirely on a complex crafting system, requiring pieces of space junk drifting in space to create new weapons or modules for our base. As we expand it, we research new powerful technologies and battle with more and more powerful adversaries.

The sequel to the colorful RPG released in 2010 by the legendary Tim Schafer and his Double Fine Productions studio. In the game we meet again the siblings known from the first part, Reynold and Wren, who during another Halloween night must face a new enemy, threatening the atmosphere of the holiday and the safety of playing children. Accompanied by friends, our heroes roam the three-dimensional locations, talking to encountered characters and participating in turn-based battles reminiscent of typical jRPG productions.
