Age of Mythology: Extended Edition has received another update, numbered 2.8. Among other things, it adds a new map and a number of codes to this refreshed version of the popular RTS, as well as eliminates several technical issues.

Strategy
A DLC, created by Skybox Labs in cooperation with Forgotten Empires studios, to Age of Mythology: Extended Edition – a remastered version of the classic RTS game from Ensemble Studios. The expansion, named Tale of the Dragon, doesn’t change much in basic game mechanics, which remain the quintessence of real-time strategy with a complex economic aspect. The biggest novelty is the introduction of a new playable faction, China, and the story based on the fairly obscure, but very unique mythology of Middle Kingdom. Aside from the basic units previously available in the game, the new faction received their own unique soldiers, many of which are mythical units with incredible abilities. Furthermore, the developers opted for supplementation of the basic game content, providing additional units for each army.
