Auto Chess is a mobile turn-based strategy for multiplayer matches. The game is based on the free-ti-play model with microtransactions, and was developed by the Drodo Studios team.
Despite the name, Auto Chess has little to do with chess, except that the battles are played on chess-like maps. In each round, players select characters they want to purchase for the gold they have accumulated. Heroes represent different races and classes, and three of the same type can be combined into one much more powerful character. In addition, if you have several subordinates of the same class or race, you get useful bonuses.
The battles themselves are automatic, but the wide selection of heroes, combined with the various dependencies between them, makes the gameplay surprisingly deep. This is streamlined by the fact that in each round players have limited time to make purchases and combine characters. In addition, players can see what decisions their rivals make. The pool from which warriors are drawn is shared, so the second player can be faster and not allow us to create the best configuration of the squad.
Auto Chess is designed exclusively for multiplayer competitions.
The game has an attractive three-dimensional visuals made in a slightly cartoony style.
The game is based on modification of Dota Auto Chess by the same team. Mobile Auto Chess took all the mechanics from the original, but took the action into new realities, unrelated to the universe of the Dota series. Heroes are also different, but mainly in terms of appearance and names, because their abilities resemble those of fashion.
