Heroes of Hammerwatch II Description
Heroes of Hammerwatch II is the second part of the spin-off of the Hammerwatch fantasy hack'n'slash series. The development was handled by the independent studio Crackshell, the creators of the previous installments of the series.
Gameplay
In Heroes of Hammerwatch II we watch the action from a top-down perspective. We are building our own city and equipping and developing characters forming a team of daredevils. Their job involves exploring procedurally generated dungeons. We choose from several different classes, each with unique skills and specializations. Our heroes engage in dynamic battles with hordes of enemies. We need to watch out for traps and collect treasures - both permanent upgrades and those that affect only the current escapade.
Heroes of Hammerwatch II combines roguelike looped gameplay with continuous character progression. The dungeon layout changes with each of our attempts. We also do not lose the experience and equipment we have gained despite the defeats we have suffered. We are also constantly expanding our garden.
Co-op
Apart from solo play, Heroes of Hammerwatch II offers the possibility of visiting other players' settlements and assisting them in fighting monsters as part of online co-op.
Graphics
Heroes of Hammerwatch II was created using pixel art graphics, improved compared to the previous part.
