House Flipper 2

House Flipper 2 is a builder simulator developed by Polish studio Frozen District, formerly known as Empyrean. It is a sequel to the game House Flipper released in 2018. Player once again plays as an investor renovating purchased apartments with his own hands.

Game mechanics

House Flipper 2 once more puts us in the role of an investor buying old, damaged houses, renovating them with his own hands and reselling them for a higher price. As in its predecessor, the gameplay is based on taking orders from customers and satisfying their needs. Different clients have different preferences for the arrangement of rooms and decor of the apartment.

We observe the renovation process from the first person perspective. Using various tools, such as hammers or brooms, the player has the task of bringing the damaged or neglected to a usable state. We have to clean, demolish walls, install electrical devices, buy and put up new furniture. The better we do, the more the client will pay us. Many boards contain secrets or unique objectives which modify gameplay.

Game modes

The game offers over a dozen of story orders and a free gameplay mode.
