An MMO RPG set during the 12th century. Lionhearts allows us to climb one of over 60 career paths as part of the feudal system. Apart from resource gathering, trade and politics the players can also participate in battles shaping the connected world, inspired by the Holy Land.
Lionhearts is an MMORPG set during the Third Crusade (12th century), in which we develop a character in a feudal system. The independent Credenzio Studios, creators of Lionhearts: Crusade, are responsible for developing this game supported through crowdfunding.
Having arrived in a world inspired by the Holy Land, almost devoid of independent characters, we develop our hero in a feudal system. We have over 60 career paths to choose from, which allows us to become a knight, blacksmith, merchant, and even a bishop or king.
Building communities with other players, we cut down forests, extract ore in dark caves, and gather herbs in dense forests. We also manage properties in the form of manors, cities, and castles. Their number, like resources, is limited, affecting the economy and making resources the subject of disputes between rival factions. The outcomes of ongoing battles shape the universe. Moreover, religion and politics also have a significant impact on the gameplay.
Lionhearts servers are connected into one common space, and relationships based on hierarchy occur between players: one can be the commander of another. On a larger scale, this means dynamic and unpredictable conflicts, interrupted by diplomatic acts.
Lionhearts runs on the Unreal 5 engine.
