It is the second part of Tales from the Borderlands: A Telltale Games Series, but it focuses on a separate story and introduces entirely new characters. The title was developed by Gearbox Software studio, without the involvement of Telltale Games, the creator of the first part, and published by 2K Games - that is, the duo behind many other games in the series, including Borderlands 3 and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.
