During the game, we assume the role of one of the historic figures, such as Theodore Roosevelt, Queen Victoria, Emperor Meiji, Wilhelm II, Jules Ferry, or Alexander III, while our objective is to lead our empire to world domination.

Legions of Steel is set in the far future, in which the allied forces of The League of Aliens and the United Nations of Earth face rebellious robots. Although the battles go on across almost all of the universe, the most important front is an underground tunnel network, where the enemy's machine-building conveyors are located.

Earth has been invaded by nightmarish legendary monsters that ruined the cities and slaughtered almost all humans. The survivors hide in fortified metropolises and small, forgotten villages, hoping to live through at least one day more. You play as a person, who wakes from cryogenic sleep and wants to find out who they are and what happened to humanity.

Another edition of a popular strategy game developed by Stardock. As usual, the game was released right before the upcoming presidential elections in the USA. The game is all about taking part in the political race to the White House. The player takes control of a candidate (one of fifteen available), choosing from among such figures as Donald Trump, Hilary Clinton, or Bernie Sanders. The player can create an original candidate as well.

A science-fiction turn-based 4X strategy game created by Auroch Digital. Last Days of Old Earth concentrates on a vision of future, when the Sun began to dim and a substantial part of the Earth froze over, forcing the remainders of humanity to travel to relatively warm areas near the equator. What is even worse however, is that a faction of hostile robots called the Automata appeared on the surface of the planet. Automata had been created by a long-extinct civilization for unknown purposes.

The third part of the strategy game series launched in 2010, which recreates key military operations of World War II. This time, the developers from VR Designs studio concentrated on the titular Operation Barbarossa, the German offensive against the Soviet Union, described as one of the most important military operations carried out by the Axis, whose failure greatly contributed towards the final defeat of the 3rd Reich in the war.

A continuation of Pacific Fleet, a well-received simulation/strategy game developed by Killerfish Games. This time, we take part in the Battle of the Atlantic, choosing between German Kriegsmarine or Great Britain’s Royal Navy. The action is seen from the third-person perspective, while the battles are divided into movement and attack phases. The players are given more than 60 ships, as well as numerous air units.

In Iron Marines you assume the role of a commander leading his space soldiers into dangerous battles against insectoid Aliens. The game features a wide arsenal of weapons and powerful battle mechs that you gather during gameplay.

As the title suggests, one of the expansion's main novelties is the presence of a new ethnic group – the Cossacks, who played an important role in the base game as well as in the history of several Eastern European nations.

An expansion for the turn-based strategy game Gary Grisby's War in the West. It was developed by 2BY3 Games. The expansion consists mostly of 10 new scenarios. You can participate e.g. in Operation Dragoon in the 1944 France or one of the Battles of Monte Casino, called Operation Diadem. Moreover, Operation Torch also allows you to play through an alternate version of World War II, in which Hitler is killed in 1943, and the Third Reich is more powerful than in real life.

After a huge meteorite hits the Earth, powerful, extremely aggressive monsters spread across the globe. Apart from unimaginable scale of destruction in the largest cities, the monsters cause natural disasters and weather anomalies. The player assumes command over a rescue team and their goal is to both help the survivors and fight the titular Kaiju.

The action of the game takes place in 1942 on one of the tropical islands of the South Pacific, where a platoon of soldiers, commanded by the player, hits during a war turmoil. The game consists in constant expansion of the base and recruitment of more units, and then attacking other players' islands in order to take over the resources they have accumulated.

The game offers four different scenarios set within different periods of Napoleon's rule. These include the so-called Grand Campaign (1805-1815) and a few smaller ones: Austerlitz (1805), Battle of Jena (1806), and Waterloo (1815). The battles are fought on the strategical level, so the player controls entire armies instead of individual soldiers.
