Titan Quest: Atlantis is the third add-on to the Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition RPG. The production was developed by Pieces Interactive studio, the team responsible for the second expansion (Ragnarok), as well as Leviathan: Warships and Magicka 2.
Plot
The biggest attraction of the add-on is the new single player campaign. In it, our hero, together with a traveler he meets, sets out to search for the mythical kingdom of Atlantis. The key to the mystery is hidden in the legendary Heracles diary, which is said to be in the Phoenician Gadir.
Mechanics
Titan Quest: Atlantis is a classically completed add-on, so the production does not make any major changes to the gameplay, but instead focuses on offering new content. However, the very basics of the game remained unchanged. So we get a traditional RPG action, in which we deal mainly with fighting and developing the hero.
Apart from fresh adventures, Titan Quest: Atlantis offers new items, previously unknown enemies and an additional skill level for each championship. There were also some improvements to the interface and control.
Game modes
The feature mode can be played alone or in cooperation for up to six people. The same options are available in the new, endless variant of the Tartar game, where we have to fight against waves of enemies, and an additional attraction is the randomness of many elements of the challenge.
Technical aspects
Titan Quest: Atlantis is a dependent add-on, so you need the full version of Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition to play. Compared to the basic edition, minor improvements have been made to the graphics engine, such as colour control and SSAO.
