The action of Torchlight: Infinite takesplace 200 years after the events presented in Torchlight II. The dynamic development of civilization in the land of Leptis has been disrupted by darkness, which is creeping step by step into the lives of its inhabitants. Wanting to prevent the collapse of this world, a team of heroes sets out on a battle to fend off the forces of evil once and for all.
In Torchlight: Infinite, the action is shown in an isometric view. We start the game by choosing a character , which has been diversified in terms of profession, preferred weaponry and fighting style. We have at our disposal, among others, the hammer-equipped dwarf Moto, the seasoned shooter Carino, the berserker Rehan or the magically gifted Gemma. Then there is nothing left for us to do but to throw ourselves into the vortex of adventures.
Traversing the game world, we complete the tasks set before us and eliminate hosts of enemies. In combat, we make use of white and ranged weapons and a variety of spells and combat skills. Interestingly, there are no cooldowns or stamina bars, so nothing interferes with the fast and effective action.
As you progress, develop your characters by learning new abilities and improving existing ones, thus adapting them to your individual style of play. In addition, we increase their combat potential by acquiring more and better equipment. The game features a trading house, where we can sell the goods we have collected to other players.
Torchlight: Infinite can be played in single or multiplayer mode. The title offers cross-play, so owners of versions for different platforms can play together.
