Last update: 28 November 2023

On this page of the guide to the game Genshin Impact, you'll learn all about Sucrose, the character with the Anemo element. You will learn general information about the character, what he is best suited for, how to build him well, and in which team he will have the greatest potential to perform his role.

General information

Sucrose is a four-star character with an Anemo element. She fights using a Catalyst. This is one of the best supporting characters, but to unlock her full potential, you need to have her at C1 level - that is, you need to draw her twice.

When building sucrose, you should focus mainly on increasing Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge.

Best team compositions

  1. Anemo Support - Ganyu/Xiangling/Sucrose/Bennet
  2. Anemo Support - Childe/Xiangling/Bennet/Sucrose

Anemo Support Build

Sucrose in r this build should have as high Elemental Mastery as possible, as her primary task will be to combine the element reactions to help deal more damage to opponents.

  1. Artifacts - 4x Viridescent Venerer
  2. Weapons - Sacrificial Fragments/Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers/Mappa Mare

The only set worth putting on Kazuha will be 4x Viridescent Venerer. Not only will you increase your Anemo damage by 15%, but also the Swirl will deal 60% more damage, and the resistance to the element used for the Swirl reaction will be lowered for enemies by 40% for 10 seconds. It is very easy to do with all her abilities, both Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst.

As for her main weapons, Sucrose can choose among three weapons, two of which are F2P friendly - Genshin Impact: Sucrose (Anemo) - best builds - Anemo - Genshin Impact Guide

As for her main weapons, Sucrose can choose among three weapons, two of which are F2P friendly. Unfortunately, the first one is not because it is a four-star Catalyst, Sacrificial Fragments. The weapon can only drop from Wishes. In addition to increasing the Elemental Mastery value, she has a 40% chance of reducing the cooldown of Elemental Skill, which is very important for her.

The second weapon is the most useful for players who do not want to spend real money on the game. It is Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. It's a three-star weapon. If you switch from Sucrose, who has this weapon equipped, to another character, you will increase the ATK of the hero who appeared on the battlefield by 24% at the first Refinement level. The effect lasts 10 seconds. Since it is a 3-star weapon, you'll quickly reach max Refinement, which makes ATK being increased by 48%.

The third weapon is also F2P friendly because it can be created thanks to materials found in the game world, and we are talking about Mappa Mare. In addition to the very important Elemental Mastery, you will receive a new bonus. When you trigger an Elemental Reaction, you gain a bonus of 8% Elemental DMG for 10 seconds. It can be stacked twice, so this bonus can increase to 16%.

Talents

Talents are abilities used by every character in the game. In the case of Sucrose, you should develop them on appropriate order:

  1. Anemo Support - Astable Anemohypostasis Creation - 6308, Forbidden Creation - Isomer 75/Type II, Wind Spirit Creation

If you want to keep the materials, you can skip investing in basic attacks, that is, Wind Spirit Creation. She will use them very rarely.

Constellations

To unlock Sucrose's full potential to help others, she should be on C1 level. Thanks to this, Sucrose will gain one additional stack on her Elemental Skill, which plays a very important role in her gameplay. Higher levels also significantly improve her, but you should focus on investing in her when you draw her twice.
