In Ghost of Tsushima Legends, you can encounter invisible enemies who are far more dangerous than the regular ones. This type of enemy appears for the first time in the seventh mission - The Stranded Dead.

You can track your opponents by following the footprints on the ground. They are often visible enough that you can easily assess the direction they went and the exact position.
Lamps

One of the easier ways to assess an opponent's position is to hit a lamp. You can find them on the ship and in open areas. Every time you hit a lamp it produces a wave that shows the opponents within a certain radius. Remember, however, that if the opponent is minimally outside the field, it will not be shown.

The Stranded Dead mission takes place during a storm. Each lightning bolt illuminates the map and thus shows you the positions of your enemies.
