God of War: The First Ancient in Alfheim - boss, how to beat?

3. Kratos should always wait until the enemy reveals a light on his chest. This usually happens when the Ancient One is preparing to launch his own attack. After the boss has revealed his vulnerable spot it is best to throw your axe at him a few times.
4. Successful attacks will cause the Ancient One to lose some health and drop explosive fragments on the ground. You can pick them up and throw them at the boss, so in addition to losing health points he will be stunned and exposed to more Kratos attacks.
5. During the clash you have to watch out for the enemy's laser beam, which is very strong and inflicts serious damage. The optimal reaction is to roll over, which will allow you to protect yourself from the attack of the boss.
