1. Quest type: side mission.
2. How to unlock: complete A Bigger Fish level from Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace.
3. Requirements: a character who can talkt with astromech droids, e.g. Obi-Wan Kenobi.
4. Reward: R2-B1.

Deliver the message to the Theed resident shown in the hologram

While controlling Obi-Wan Kenobi (who understands the speech of astromech droids), talk to the blue R2-B1 droid in the northwest edge of the map. After accepting the mission, you will have to find the man with a spear shown on the hologram.

The guard is standing near the bridge, in the southern part of the city. The markers will lead you to people who can help you with the search.
