My Time at Sandrock: Mining Time! - walkthrough
Mining Time! is the first side quest associated with a visit to the Eufaula Salvage Abandoned Ruins. During the mission you will obtain your first Copper Ore, which will definitely be useful in the future.

This page contains a walkthrough of the Mining Time! side quest. Right after building the Crane Lift, Rocky will ask you to dig up some Copper Ore. To do this, you will have to go to the mine.
Quest time limit: 5 days
Reward: 50 EXP, 60 Gols, 10 Relationship with Rocky
Take the Crane Lift
Once you complete the Picking Up The Slack quest, the way to the mine will open up. Rocky will immediately ask you to bring 10 pieces of Copper Ore. Use the newly built Crane Lift and ride down. Head left to the Eufaula Salvage Abandoned Ruins. The entrance is glowing blue and is hard to miss.
Collect Ore
Once you're inside the mine, use the Pickhammer on the protruding Copper Ore deposits or just dig into the ground. It only takes a few hits to collect the required number of resources.
You may find red barrels in your path. When you approach them, it will trigger the distinctive sound of a ticking clock. If this happens, move away from the barrels as soon as possible to avoid the incoming explosion.
Once you have 10 pieces of Copper Ore, leave the mines, use the Crane Lift to get back up and talk to Rocky to complete the quest.
