The Fullbright Company is going to expand the Gone Home mechanics in Tacoma, an FPP exploration adventure. Watch the first 15 minutes of gameplay from the game, as posted by IGN.
Gone Home creators are currently busy working on their next project called Tacoma, a first-person exploration adventure game set on a space station. After The Fullbright Company decided to expand the project’s gameplay mechanics beyond letting you simply watch the environment around you as well as adding low gravity rooms, Tacoma’s release date has been pushed to spring 2017. While we are eagerly waiting to play the game on PC and Xbox One, IGN team was able to get their hands on Tacoma and published a 15-minute gameplay video of its very beginning:
Similarly to The Fullbright Company’s previous game, in Tacoma you will find yourself in an abandoned environment, and your job will be to find out what happened. Instead of a family house, however, this time we will be investigating a space station controlled by a seemingly friendly AI. Although empty, the station will be filled with holograms of crew members and their recorded conversations, which you will be able to play, rewind, and pause as much as you like in order to get all the details necessary to unveil the mystery.
