Palworld doesn't stop to surprise. The production is selling at a frenzied pace and has even managed to surpass Counter-Strike 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 in terms of activity scores on Steam.
Palworld isn't slowing down. A few hours ago, the developers announced that 4 million players purchased the game in just three days. Recently, 86,000 copies of the game were acquired every hour.
At the same time, during the weekend peak, the number of people playing simultaneously reached as high as 1,291,967 players. As a result, the game has solidified its position at number 5 on the list of most played games on Steam, surpassing Cyberpunk 2077. What's more, both Dota 2 and Lost Ark are in the range of the game, with respective records bettered by just 4,000 and 34,000 players. The upcoming days are expected to be intriguing, partly because of the emerging allegations of Pokemon plagiarism.
Palworld, a game that combines survival game mechanics with elements taken directly from the Pokemon series, is going like a storm.

Palworld is so popular that yesterday it was the best-selling game in the world on Steam. Furthermore, this title had the highest number of players playing at the same time, beating even Counter-Strike 2.
It's worth mentioning that Palworld has received very positive feedback from players. On Steam, 93% of the reviews are positive.

The developers didn't expect such a high number of players, which causes some issues. The co-op experienced some problems for a while, leading the developers to arrange an emergency meeting with Epic Games (Palworld was developed on Unreal Engine 5) to implement the required fixes. Currently, cooperation mode works better.
