Here's a Long Gameplay From Canceled Half-Life 2: Episode 4

The Noclip channel featured extensive footage of Ravenholm, also known as Half-Life 2: Episode 4. The video includes lengthy gameplay footage.

Two years ago a documentary about Arkane Studios, prepared by the Noclip channel on YouTube, saw the light of day. It contained information about Ravenholm, also known as Half-Life 2: Episode 4. Today we received another material from the canceled project. This time it is an extensive gameplay (available below).

Also this video has been prepared by Noclip. In over an hour long material we can see long fragments of gameplay, focused on exploration and battling zombies using different types of weapons (including something resembling a nail gun).

If you are interested in how the canceled Half-Life 2: Episode 4 may have looed like in action, you can watch the whole thing below.

Ravenholm was canceled for two reasons. The first was the high cost of maintaining the Texas branch of Arkane, and the second became Left 4 Dead, which was another game being developed at the same time for Valve. Both game were to be based on battling zombies and it was considered that such a number of titles with the same theme is too much.
