Don’t waste any more time and check the answer to “the opposite of cold” in Cookie Jam. This Buzzword wasn’t the easiest to guess.
Yesterday brought new Buzzwords to Cookie Jam, and if you're looking for answers, you're in the right place. Some were pretty tricky, like “uneven ground with small stones,” “what's left at the messy end,” or “neat hexagon made by bees.” Others were easier, such as “Egyptian tomb” or “what ice cream does in warm weather.” One that stumped me for a while was “the opposite of cold”, but I finally solved it.
This one wasn’t immediately obvious. Even though the answer was short, it felt just out of reach, like it was on the tip of my tongue, but I couldn’t quite grab it. Eventually, it hit me, and it turned out to be exactly right:
And there you have it. Pretty simple, right? Funny how that works. It’s one of those answers that seems a no-brainer once you see it, but while you’re staring at the blank spaces, it just refuses to come to mind. That’s the beauty (and the frustration) of these puzzles.
That said, it could’ve been worse. At least it wasn’t as head-scratching as “piano, organ, harpsichord, dolceola,” or as vague as “on the cob or creamed.” And don’t even get me started on “celebrations in every slice” or “crispy thin crunchy delights.” Those had me going in circles.
I don’t know about you, but I prefer the more cooking-related or straight-up food questions. There’s just something satisfying about them. They’re fun to solve, and they come with a bonus: instant snack inspiration. Fingers crossed we get more of those in the coming weeks.

Been with gamepressure.com since 2019, mostly writing game guides but you can also find me geeking out about LEGO (huge collection, btw). Love RPGs and classic RTSs, also adore quirky indie games. Even with a ton of games, sometimes I just gotta fire up Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley, KOTOR, or Baldur's Gate 2 (Shadows of Amn, the OG, not that Throne of Bhaal stuff). When I'm not gaming, I'm probably painting miniatures or admiring my collection of retro consoles.
