Release Date and New Gameplay From Chernobylite

We found out the exact release date of the full version of Chernobylite on PC. In addition, The Farm 51 shared the approximate date of the console debut and shared a new gameplay.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. Full game version Chernobylite will hit personal computers on July 28;
  2. In the summer of 2021 the item will appear on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and at a later date it will debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S;
  3. In addition, a new gameplay video was shown to the world at the PC Gaming Show.

Chernobylite, the latest work of Polish studio The Farm 51, is already on the last straight. The team has announced that the full version of their work will debut on PC on July 28th. Later this summer the title will also appear on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the edition for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S is to be released in the unspecified future.

Additionally, during yesterday's PC Gaming Show the devs showed a new gameplay from the discussed game, available above. The video presents the mission called The Heist, which is the "grand finale" of the game. What's interesting, it seems that the developers included a rather obvious nod towards the fans of the Chernobyl series.

Returning to the announcement of the game's release date - in the official announcement, the devs thank fans for their long-standing support since the successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. Piotr Zygadlo, the CEO of All In! Games, which has taken on the responsibilities of the publisher, promises that "exciting news" has been prepared for the console version of the game; it is expected to see the light of day "soon".
