Cyberpunk 2077 Expansion Can be Expected Relatively Soon
CD Projekt published another financial report. We learned from it that the presentation of the story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 will take place later this year.

CD Projekt published the financial report for the first quarter of 2022. We learned from it that the marketing campaign of the story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 should start in the second half of this year - which means that at best we will see it in July, and at worst in December.
The sole expansion
During the investor call it was announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will only receive one major story expansion.
Cyberpunk 2022 sales in Q1 2022
A chart was also published, showing the share of each hardware platform in the digital sales of Cyberpunk 2077 in the first quarter of 2022.

Work division
Also presented was a new chart showing the division of work at the studio. Below we compare it with the one from mid-April.

Legend of the graph
- Color Yellow in the chart above refers to the percentage of a company's human resources that is currently working on updates to Cyberpunk 2077.
- Light blue are the developers assigned to the the story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077.
- Green on the other hand, represents the team assigned to develop various projects related to Gwent, a Dark blue is the group of developers tinkering with other projects, including the so-called "The Witcher 4".
- Purple refers to the SPOKKO team, which is responsible for the mobile game The Witcher: Monster Slayer.
- Red is, in turn, the studio The Molasses Flood, recently acquired by CDP, developing its own project.
- A "next-gen" version of The Witcher 3 corresponds to the color brown.
Conclusions from the graph
Over the course of two months the number of people working on updates for Cyberpunk 2077 has been cut almost in half.. The Molasses Flood team, on the other hand, has grown significantly.
