Developers from Dambuster gave an interview to Game Informer, through which we learned some interesting things about Dead Island 2.
All this sounds promising. How well a skill system based on switching cards can work in action was shown by last year's gem Neon White.
Recall that Dead Island 2 will debut on April 28, 2023. The game is heading for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
The game has been awaited for a very long time. It was announced almost nine years ago and since then the project has changed developers twice. First, Yager Development was replaced by Sumo Digital, and then the project was taken over by Dambuster Studios, team known for developing Homefront: The Revolution. All indications are that the latter team will finally succeed in bringing Dead Island 2 to the finish line.
