Changes to Dead Space Remake Visuals

The release of Dead Space Remake is approaching. Fans of the iconic survival horror game who are waiting for its revamped version can watch fresh footage comparing the result of Motive Studio specialists' work with the original.

The end of this year brought horror game fans a successful - although not flawless - game titled The Callisto Protocol. The beginning of 2023 also heralds great fun (and a lot of carnage) with the remake of the iconic Dead Space. The hype surrounding the upcoming game is sure to be fueled even further by the latest footage shared by IGN editors. In the more than 6-minute video, we can see how the new version looks compared to the 2008 original..

Thanks to the above comparison, players can see how the developers have adapted Isaac Clarke's classic story to current standards. In some parts of the game the changes are very visible. The most important thing, however, is that the remake has not lost the familiar atmosphere. The developers emphasize from the beginning that they intend to preserve the character of the original, and the aforementioned material confirms that they have done their job well.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) Dead Space Remake will only be available on PC and current-gen consoles. Owners of older Sony and Microsoft devices will have to do without. This is, of course, the price the developers have to pay to make their work stun with top-notch graphics.

Finally, let us remind you that Dead Space Remake will debut on January 27, 2023.

An introvert by nature. Since childhood, he felt a closer connection to humanism than to the sciences. Instead of exercises in maths, he preferred shutting himself up in his world and inventing new stories of his favorite anime – Dragon Ball. After years of study came a time of stagnation, which he preferred to call "searching for purpose." Looking out for destiny during the 58th screening of his beloved Die Hard, he decided – like John McCLane – to fight for a better future. He found the avenue to do this in Gamepressure. Since he's still a freshman in the newsroom, he doesn't have a target subject he wants to focus on yet. So, you can expect news about farming simulators, or the impact of Johnny Depp's trial on the future of Pirates of the Caribbean. If you ever hear that playing console games and watching movies is futile – remember this story
