Death Stranding and Halo 3 Take PCs by Storm

PC ports of Death Stranding and Halo 3 have recorded very successful debuts on Steam. Both games have received excellent ratings from players and have produced impressive activity results.

Many people have been waiting for Death Stranding.

Yesterday, PC ports of two console hits - Halo 3 and Death Stranding have been released. Their creators must be satisfied, as both launches turned out to be great successes.

This conclusion can be drawn by analyzing the activity results collected by SteamDB. Yesterday, at the hottest moment of the day, 32,515 people were playing Death Stranding at the same time. In the case of Halo 3 it is more difficult to assess the popularity of the game, because it is classified as a DLC to Halo: The Master Chief Collection and thus its results are not tracked independently. However, since yesterday there has been a big increase in interest in this collection. The record of activity on Monday was a little over 9,000, and tonight it was 54,761. There is also a big increase in Twitch viewers.

These results are all the more impressive because both games are also sold on other websites - Death Stranding can be purchased on Epic Games Store and Halo 3 on Microsoft Store. The latter is also available as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription.

It's also worth remembering that we now have the middle of the week. Activity records are usually broken on Sundays, so we can expect both titles to show their true potential in a few days.

The ports are not only popular but also appreciated by players. In the case of Death Stranding, 93% of Steam user reviews are positive. Halo 3, in turn, has a 92% positive rating. It is clear that both games are very popular with PC gamers.
