In addition to the changes that the October update will bring, Rockfish also announced the introduction of an artbook - consisting of some 280 pages - and a soundtrack, which is expected to offer 30 tracks, to digital sale.
The artbook and soundtrack will be available for purchase as separate DLCs, or combined into one set at a lower price (so far unknown) - importantly, the offer will be valid from October 2 only on Steam and GOG.
Space exploration looks very appealing to the players. Currently on Steam, the title has received almost 9 thousand reviews, of which as much 88% are positive.. Let's note that the game's all-time activity record on Valve's platform is 9760 concurrent players.
As for ratings on Metacritic, they also look well. The average rating from the critics for the PC version is 88/100, while that from gamers is 7.9/10.
Recall that Evespace 2 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (Steam, GOG). The title can also be played through the Xbox/PC Game Pass.
Currently GOG has a deal on Everspace 2. The game can be purchased 25% off.
