Factorio sales have exceeded 3.1 million copies. The developers also reported how the game is doing on Steam Deck. Technical aspects-wise it's very good, but the controls turn out to be a problem.
Wube Software proudly announced the sales of Factorio and informed about how the game is performing on Steam Deck.
Yesterday marked the release of Valve's Steam Deck, so the devs at Wube Software also reported on how Factorio runs on this device. According to Valve's classification the game is "playable," meaning that it runs on the device and play is possible, but not everything works perfectly.
So the game runs well on Valve's portable device, but the problem is the controls, as the game was designed for a mouse and keyboard combo and monitors with a resolution of at least 1920x1080.
