FIFA 23 Reclaims Key Team From Konami

After three years, EA Sports has managed to regain the license for Juventus FC. The Turin-based soccer club will return to the FIFA series in the new installment.

After three years Juventus FC returns to the FIFA series. EA Sports has released a special gameplay trailer announcing the team's reappearance in Electronic Arts' soccer series. You can watch the video below.

As a reminder: Juventus was officially absent from FIFA since 2019 (unofficially, we could play its fictional counterpart called Piemonte Calcio), when the club entered an exclusive deal with Konami. As a result, the Italian team was only available in games from the Pro Evolution Soccer series (actually eFootball), starting with PES 2020 eFootball.

FIFA 23 will debut on September 30 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, as well as on Google Stadia and Nintendo Switch. The latter platform will see the release of the so-called. Legacy Edition, which will not differ much from the previous installment.
