Ghostrunner on PS5 and Xbox Series X in 2021
Ghostrunner will be released on next-gen consoles in 2021. Owners of PS4 and Xbox One versions will receive a free upgrade after release.

Ghostrunner will debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X in 2021. Owners of PS4 and Xbox One versions will receive a free update. Devs at One More Level announced this in a press release.
Piotr Zygadło, CEO of All in! Games commented on the announcement:
"Ghostrunner is an advanced, high-quality game, which fully exploits current generation of consoles. [...] Gamers who will be supplied with next-gen devices will be even more impressed with how the cyberpunk world created by the creators at One More Level, 3D Realms and Slipgate Ironworks looks like. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners who plan to purchase the new console do not have to wait to purchase the game as they will receive a free upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X in 2021."
As Ghostrunner has been rather warmly received by the players and looks exceptionally good visually, there is something to wait for. The title supports ray-tracing, so it will show its power on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Unfortunately we don't know the exact release date of the next-generation console version. The launch on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch will take place on October 27, this year.
