Kathleen Kennedy Gotet in Gina Carano's Bad Books; Star Claims Lucasfilm Chief is Unfit for Her Position
Former Mandalorian star Gina Carano has reminded of herself in another controversial post. The actress criticized the head of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy, in strong words. The reason for this was... the latest episode of South Park.
Gina Carano is on the offensive again. This time, Lucasfilm chief Kathleen Kennedy is on her sights. To attack her former employer, the actress used the latest episode of South Park, in which the characters humorously show the "fad" for blaming Kennedy for all Disney's woes.
Something that was a joke on the part of the creators was taken completely seriously by Carano. The former star of The Mandalorian, who - let's recall - some time ago was fired from the cast of the show for a number of her controversial posts, addressed the aforementioned episode and summed up Kennedy and her allegedly hostile attitude to any kind of criticism in very harsh terms.
Carano's post was immediately responded to by readers who pointed out her hostile attitude. One user called the actress "crazy," to which she did not fail to respond in kind.
Later in her lengthy response Carano again hit back at Kennedy, claiming that she is a "weak leader." In turn, a number of her misguided decisions regarding the development of the Star Wars universe were said to have caused the brand to become less and less popular.
Finally, the actress said that she has an "open heart" and does not accept "discrimination due to influential people telling" her how to think and act. She then added that she has nothing to reproach herself for, and that "people approach" her every day to "shake her hand and thank her" for taking a stand.
