Do you like turn-based RPGs? If the answer is yes, you should check out Goblin Stone. This title plays with our expectations, as you enter a world full of evil adventurers, in which goblins are almost extinct. You must protect the last survivors of this proud species and keep them alive. Of course, many gamers would like to experience the title with friends. In this guide we will tell you everything about coop and multiplayer Goblin Stone.

Goblin Stone – Coop and Multiplayer Explained

The question about multiplayer is asked in the case of almost all game releases. Many players enjoy their titles with friends, either playing against or with them in coop mode. However, not all productions are suitable for that, or simply developers have decided not to include multiplayer for various reasons (for example budget and balance issues). Goblin Stone launched yesterday offering only singleplayer gameplay. Will it get mode for multiple people to play together?

The answer is no. You should not expect multiplayer in Goblin Stone. On the official Discord server, a representative of developers was quite clear about this topic:

No, unfortunately we don't have plans for Goblin Stone to be a multiplayer game.

As you can see, it is unlikely that the game will get a coop mode. Not all games are created with multiplayer in mind, and if it is not taken into consideration at the early stage of production, in many cases implementing this feature later is almost impossible, or simply too expensive (especially for Indie creators). Of course, not having multiplayer is nothing wrong, and we should respect developers’ decision.
