Great Sales of Mortal Kombat 11 Encourage the Devs

Ed Boon from NetherRealms reported that sales of Mortal Kombat 11 exceeded 8 million copies. This week we are to learn plans for further development of the game.

NetherRealms has reasons to be satisfied. The head of the studio, Ed Boon, boasted that the sales of Mortal Kombat 11 have exceeded 8 million copies. He also announced that the creators have not yet finished developing the game and new details will be revealed this week.

We expect this to be the announcement of another DLC. According to the rumors, it will introduce three new characters - Mileena, Raina and none other than John Rambo.

Let's recall that Mortal Kombat 11 debuted in April last year. The game is available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Switch. The game was warmly received. The PS4 version has an average rating of 82% on Metacritic.
